I’m a systems-minded UX/UI Director with 13+ years of hands-on execution across the full stack of design deliverables. I help businesses build design infrastructure that performs, scales, and survives the handoff.

Diagnose
Audit and assessment for websites or digital products that underperform. I look at what’s actually happening: user behavior, technical performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals. The output is a prioritized action plan scored by effort and impact. A decision-ready deliverable that tells you where to invest next, whether that’s with me or someone else.

Build
Strategy, design, and development as a single integrated engagement. Discovery through launch, handled by the same person, so nothing gets lost in handoff. Everything ships with design system documentation: tokens, components, patterns. The goal is infrastructure your team or next partner can maintain and extend without calling me.

Partner
Embedded UX leadership on an ongoing basis. Monthly roadmap, conversion testing, analytics reviews, and dev-ready designs as needed. Director-level strategy paired with hands-on execution, without the overhead of a full-time hire or the ramp-up time of a generalist contractor.
